What to Expect at a STAGE VOLUME Workshop or Camp

Music should be fun, but learning to play an instrument is challenging and it takes months, if not years to master an instrument. Don't be disappointed if you don't play something perfectly the first time.

  • Your instructor wants you succeed. The goal is to keep you engaged and challenged. We'll let you know what you're doing well and encourage you to work on the areas of weakness.
  • Please don't leave without a clear understanding of your practice exercises. If you have a question, don't be afraid to ask!
  • All workshops and camps are filmed using security cameras. You must be in agreement with this to proceed.
  • Parents and/or unregistered guests are not allowed to attend workshops, camps or rehearsals, except for "Moms & Brahms".
  • Teachers are all background checked, experienced professionals. Music is our passion and we love seeing students reach their goals.
  • Classes will proceed as scheduled barring inclement weather, acts of God, or pandemic health orders. STAGE VOLUME reserves the right to substitute teachers as needed without warning.
