Online Lessons only $27.50 Using Zoom!

Starting Tuesday, March 24, we are happy to announce the option to schedule private online sessions with your teacher. Lesson availability will vary from teacher to teacher. Please use our Online Booking Tool below or call us at (469) 309-8333 to check availability and schedule your next appointment. 

Private Online Sessions must be pre-paid. So that we can accurately track these purchases, and correctly compensate the teachers, these lessons are a separate item from your pre-paid ROCK STAR Lessons Packages. Unfortunately, this means current student punchcards cannot be used for online sessions. We apologize for the inconvenience, and greatly appreciate your understanding. New Student Fee of $30 applies to first time STAGE VOLUME students.

Zoom is FREE. Once you have downloaded the app, teachers will provide you with a link for your lesson appointment. Simply click the link at your appointment time to join the teacher using your phone, laptop or tablet.

Instructions:

• Choose your teacher.
• Please select "Online Private Lesson" instead of the desired instrument. If we have questions about the instrument selected, we'll contact you. 
• Select the desired appointment time. It will prompt you to make a one time $20 payment to confirm the lesson. REMINDER for current students: Online lessons are separate from your punchcard. Previously purchased lessons cannot be used to schedule online lessons. 
• The teacher will accept or decline the appointment. Your card will not be charged until the teacher accepts your requested time. 
• The teacher will email or text you the link for the Zoom appointment. 
• Simply click the link at the correct lesson time to join the teacher live. 

New students must enroll prior to booking. To complete your registration, please do the following:

• Complete a New Student Form.
• Pay the New Student Enrollment Fee of $30.  

• Online lessons must be pre-paid to book. 
• A 2 hour minimum notice is required. Appointments booked longer than 2 weeks out are not accepted. 
• Confirmed appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will incur the full charge for the lesson.
• Appointments booked and confirmed, then rescheduled with greater than a 24 hour notice, will incur a $10 rescheduling fee. 
• Lessons may be conducted from the home of the instructor. Internet connection or quality cannot be guaranteed. Lessons interrupted by excessive techincal difficulties on the part of the instructor, will be rescheduled at no additional charge. 
• Lessons experiencing technical difficulties on the part of the student may not be rescheduled.
